01. THAI FRIED RICE (KHOW-PAD) with egg mixed vegetables, onions, garlic, and Thai herbs.
 
02. GRILLED CHICKEN OR PORK char-broiled with Thai herbs and garlic, served with a sweet chili sauce (chicken) or spicy soy sauce (pork).
 
03. THAI BASIL (PAD-GA-PAO). Our signature Thai basil sautéed in a spicy garlic sauce with bamboo shouts, bell peppers, broccoli, and onions.
 
04. SWEET AND SOUR. Your choice, together with a home made sweet and sour tomato sauce, cucumber, bell pepper, broccoli, onions, and pineapple.
 
05. GARLIC. Your choice, marinated in ground garlic, black pepper, and oyster sauce, sautéed with onions, mushrooms, baby corn, carrots, broccoli, and green onions.
 
06. EGGPLANT GARLIC (PAD-MA-KUA). Grilled eggplant sautéed with Thai basil leaves, bell pepper, carrots, broccoli, garlic, onions, and soy sauce.
 
07. CHILI GARLIC VEGETABLES (PAD-PAK). Bamboo shoots, bean sprouts, bell pepper, broccoli, cabbage, carrots green beans, onions, and sautéed in a chili garlic sauce.
 
08. GINGER. Your choice sautéed with fresh ginger root, mushrooms, baby corn, broccoli, carrots, and onions.

09. GREEN CURRY (KANG-KAEW-WAN). Your choice cooked with coconut milk, carrots, eggplant, bamboo shoots, bell pepper, broccoli, green beans, and Thai basil.
 
10. RED CURRY (KANG DANG). Your choice simmered with coconut milk, bamboo shoots, bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, green beans, and Thai basil .
 
11. YELLOW CURRY (KANG-KRA-RI). Your choice simmered in coconut milk, with carrots, onions, and potatoes.
 
12. SWEET NUT CURRY (MASAMAN) simmered with coconut milk, carrots, onions, peanuts, and potatoes.
 
13. PEANUT CURRY (PANANG) blended in coconut milk with bell pepper, broccoli, carrots, green beans, and Thai basil.

16. PAD-SEE-EW. Your choice stir-fried with wide rice noodles sautéed with soy sauce, broccoli, carrots, cabbage, onions, and egg.
 
17. SIAMESE CHOW MEIN. Chinese-influenced egg noodles, stir-fried with your choice and onions, cabbage, carrots, and broccoli.
 
18. CHICKEN NOODLES. Your choice pan-fried with wide rice noodles and egg, onions, bean sprouts, turnip, green onions, and ground peanuts in a soybean sauce.
